由 9 月 6 日起，單向由黃大仙總站，經由鑽石山站，開往慈雲山（中）的 #九巴 205M 線將會取消服務，由於 205M 線只於星期一至五提供服務，故最後服務日期為 9 月 3 日（星期五）。屆時受影響乘客可改用以下方法上山。
1. 黃大仙往慈雲山（中）：專綫小巴 37M 線、九巴 2F 線、九巴 3C 線
上車位置：沙田坳道（東行）
2. 鑽石山站往慈雲山（中）：專綫小巴 19M 及 19S 線
上車位置：鑽石山站巴士總站（荷里活廣場地下）
一如敝專頁較早前嘅帖文所描述，205M 線非但班次數目有限且未能配合唔不少山友的放工時間，而且覆蓋範圍狹窄之餘宣傳亦極為不足，取消實屬意料中事。惟205M 線曇花一現過後，山友始終都需要依賴 37M 線上山，一直以來極需解決其排長龍以及備受批評的服務質素等問題始終不能夠因而得以改善。
Unwelcomed Frequency Weird Routing - Cancellation of route 205M
With effective from 6/9, #KMB Route 205M (Single way journey from Wong Tai Sin B/T to Tsz Wan Shan (Central), via Diamond Hill MTR Station), will be cancelled. As route 205M only provides service from Monday to Friday, the last day of it’s service will be 3/9 (Friday). The affected passengers may consider the following alternatives as below.
1. From Wong Tai Sin : GMB 37M, KMB 2F & 3C
Pick-up point : Sha Tin Pass Road (Eastbound)
2. From Diamond Hill MTR Station : GMB 19M & 19S
Pick-up point : Diamond Hill MTR B/T (G/F of Plaza Hollywood)
As mentioned in the previous post, not only the limited no. of departure and the failure to match the off-time of many workers of route 205M, but the limited coverage of service and the insufficient publicity also causes the cancellation has been as expected. However, residents still have to rely on GMB 37M for going uphill after the cancellation. The ever lasting problems of long queue during peak hour and well critiqued service quality is not like to be resolved accordingly.
